Nomux provides corporate formation and administration support for ADGM, DIFC Prescribed Companies, and other UAE structures agreed in writing. DIFC filings for non-exempt Prescribed Companies are lodged by a DFSA-licensed CSP. Published timelines are estimates after KYC is complete. Government fees are pass-through unless a statement of account says otherwise. Nomux Treasury is not a live banking product. Tax outcomes depend on your facts and the Federal Tax Authority. Nothing on this site claims that Nomux is an ADGM- or DFSA-licensed CSP until that licence is published here.
